1. Registration Process

• Please visit our official registration portal to create an account and proceed with your registration.
• Fill out the required personal and professional information accurately.
• Confirm your registration details and submit, then you will receive the Notification of Registration.
• Complete the payment, then you will receive the Confirmation of Registration & Complete.
• A receipt for your registration can be issued at ‘Online System’ after you receive the Confirmation of Registration.
• If the registration is not available, please contact the secretariat via email (ict2025reg@chntox.org).

2. Payment

• We accept payments via credit card or wire transfer, all payments must be made in US Dollar.
• For wire transfers, please use the provided bank details and ensure that the payment includes your registration ID for easy identification.
• Early bird discounts are available if payment is made before 31/05/2025.
• Full payment must be received by 15/09/2025 to secure your spot, any payments made after the deadline may result in your registration being canceled.

3. Receipt and Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and payment receipt.
• Please keep this confirmation email for future reference.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• All requests for cancellation and/or refund must be notified to the secretariat via email (ict2025reg@chntox.org). Refund requests received after 1/09/2025 will not be processed.
• All refunds will be made after the meeting and the bank service charges will be deducted from the refund.

5. Important Reminders

• Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive important conference updates and notifications.
• Check your spam or junk mail folder regularly to avoid missing any conference-related emails.
• Make sure to bring your registration confirmation and payment receipt to the conference for verification purposes.
• Considering the implementation and enforcement of border control measures among nations due to irresistible natural and man-made disasters, the organizer reserves the right to revise, change, explain and cancel the event. Please note that any relevant changes will be announced on the official website without prior notice.
