Invitation Letter

Please submit your personal information correctly during registration. The visa invitation letter will be generated for download after successful registration.

Please note the ICT2025 Secretariat is not mandated to assist with the visa process beyond providing the invitation letter nor interfere with the visa decision. The registration fee does not apply for refund on the account of failed visa application.
It takes around one month for the Embassy/Consulate to process the visa application. We kindly suggest completing registration at your earliest convenience to ensure your travel as scheduled.
