Abstract Submission Rules

· Presentation Preference: When submitting your abstract, please indicate your preferred presentation format—oral or poster—by selecting the appropriate option on the submission webpage. While we will take your preference into account, the final decision on the presentation type will be made by our Scientific Committee. 
· Review Process: Our expert reviewers will assess your abstract based on its scientific merit and relevance. You will receive an email notification about our decision, which is final and not subject to appeal.

· Originality: Ensure that your abstract reports original work that has not been previously presented at major international meetings prior to ICT2025.

· Poster Instructions: If your abstract is accepted, detailed instructions on preparing your poster will be included in the acceptance notification.
· Publication: All accepted abstracts will be published on the ICT2025 website and distributed to conference attendees. By submitting an abstract, you confirm acceptance of the submission rules, the scientific validity of your presentation, and that all authors have read and approved the abstract and its contents.

Abstract Preparation Guidelines

· Language: Submit your abstract in English. 

· Title: Craft a concise, informative title of no more than 30 words without abbreviations.

· Authors: List each author's name and surname without titles. Underline the presenting author's name and bold the corresponding author's name.

· Affiliations: Include department, institution, and country for each author.
· Text: Keep your abstract under 500 words. It should cover the work's objective, methods, results, and conclusion. Use only standard abbreviations and provide data in widely accepted units, preferably the international metric system. Identify drug products by their generic names only.
· Template: Refer to our abstract template for formatting guidance.
· Selection: While some abstracts will be chosen for oral presentations, others will be accepted as posters or for publication only.

Additional Information

· Responsibility Statement: By submitting an abstract, you confirm that all co-authors agree with the results and consent to being listed. Ensure your abstract has not been submitted elsewhere and that any human or animal work was ethically approved.

· Modification: You may modify your abstract before the submission system closes.

· Withdrawal: To withdraw your abstract, contact the ICT 2025 Secretariat at ict2025abs@chntox.org 

· Online Submission: Submit your abstract on our website by April 26, 2025. Follow the detailed instructions provided, and you will receive an automatic email acknowledgment. Fax or email submissions will not be accepted.

If your abstract is accepted, you will receive details on your session and presentation requirements.
